People

We see people at different moments in their practice, from experimenting, questioning, building, or transitioning. And our role has often been to meet them at those moments, to create the conditions for something to happen, and to remain connected as that work continues to evolve.

The people here reflect that way of working. They include the board of trustees, our team, collaborators, and a wider community of artists, designers, architects, and thinkers who have contributed to AWCA in different ways and at different times.

We work with people who are willing to explore, to take risks, and to engage deeply with ideas, materials, and context. What connects them is a shared openness to process and a commitment to developing meaningful work.
